Don't you ever say like that it's nothing! Yes it is something risk you couldn't take it back but with your properly dietary. You see, last year when my doctor said " Ashley you have a High cholesterol which I didn't take it too serious until my husband Chris ended up in ICU and had a minor heart attack and chest pain where there were a swollen heart in the middle with the lung in the between and they found non obstructive coronary disease which the high cholesterol the arteries to not flow as well. which they decided to give Chris's several med to prevent heart attack again and follow instruction. My husband only weight 167 and he look healthy as horse! but It is not what I learned was that cholesterol is what came from the food he eat was too much sugars load with dessert, ice cream etc!! Yes I have a thyroids and I didn't take it too serious, only focus on what small portion but doctor specifically give the information what to eat and what not to eat.. I dropped my jaw on the floor, I followed zone diet, Atkins etc but they are bad for my heart, for my husband's heart! I was like oh no way! I have to follow the diet what doctor gave but if it's only piece of paper that we add new information how to follow our diet so wait and see if it actually success on my own aspect of my life where Chris and I can impact people how to change our life in order to be success and watch which food we can have that prevent cholesterol build in our beautiful thin 3,000 vein!! yes that's 3,000 vein, maybe more but is what I know is there are many nerves vein etc. how awesome is that 3,000 or more. I ought to research more in this type of vein, what type of blood, etc in order to be success and kiss my butt good bye cholesterol for you not belong to our body but into the healthier we have become! I will update with the weight and body and following instruction within 30 days from now and after.
remember Cholesterol is not what we can't see but it is inside the body so you feel numb, bothering, hurt neck and arm seem not right, that mean cholesterol so I highly recommend to go and check it out with your doctor, they are expert and licensed..
